REAXn - The Most Useful Reaction Fitness App Learn how to improve your cognitive fitness skills with the REAXn sports fitness app. Challenge yourself against time or compete against other friends and athletes with simple games using color recognition and sounds. By combining the app with predefined athletic drills and cones, the REAXN app is ideal for coaches who train athletes to improve their reaction skills. Set up is very simple and the program is easy to use. All you need are cones of different colors and set up various distances to run a drill. The starting point is HOME BASE'. The drill can be done alone or with a coach. To start the program, hit 'START' and proceed to the first cone, Lets say 1st color on the screen is BLUE. Run to the BLUE cone and back to touch the screen for the next RANDOM color, which is RED. Then run to the RED cone for the next color and so forth. The exercise is complete after the last cone has been reached and the screen is touched to stop the time. The screen touches can be touched by the coach or athlete, depending on how you want to test. Times can be recorded according to the drill and saved on your phone then can be emailed or texted. Track your progress by REAXN recording your time intervals and overall time to see where improvements can be made. Trainers and athletes will have access to a video library and program setup guide containing popular drills by various coaches using the REAXN app. Why spend $4000 on a cognitive training system when you can achieve the same results for a tiny fraction of the cost using your smartphone or tablet.
